By accessing or using the Free Resources platform (freeresources.usmanjamilcsp.com — the “Platform”), or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

- You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the practice questions and resources for your own study and exam preparation. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the materials.
4Intellectual property
All practice questions, explanations, study guides, and other resources on the Platform are original works created by Usman Jamil (unless clearly attributed otherwise) and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape, bulk-download, mirror, or reproduce the materials, or use automated tools to extract them.
5Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, probe, or compromise the Platform’s security.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access content except where expressly permitted.
- Do not upload malicious content or disrupt the service for others.
6Free service & availability
The Platform is provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature or the whole service at any time, without notice and without liability.
7No guarantee of results
The materials are study aids only. We do not guarantee that using them will result in passing any examination. See the Legal Disclaimer for important details on exam content and affiliation.
8Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.
9Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usman Jamil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Platform or its materials.
10Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused, including sharing credentials or attempting to copy the materials at scale.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
12Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
